3 COMMON MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT SMARTPHONES

1. Overnight charging reduces phone’s battery capacity.
This is the biggest and most common misconception. Now-a-days our phones have become very smart. They know when they have to get charged or not while they were connected to power source. When our phone gets completely charged, they automatically stop withdrawing power from source.

2. Killing apps from multitasking increases speed of the device.
Well this is not entirely false but it is also not always true. Suppose you are editing some video on your phone, at that time killing apps will actually make editing smooth. But if you are not doing processor intensive task, then killing apps will negatively impact your phone's performance. When you re-launch killed app, it takes more resources to launch than a non killed app. This requirement of more resources will negatively impact your device and you also feel device is working slow.

3. Cleaner apps always boost your device performance.
Cleaner apps like clean master etc. removes junk files, cache files etc. from your device. Well cleaning memory slightly helps boost up performance especially in low storage device. In some cases cache files are very important. They really save lot of extra work for your device. You should always consider permissions which these apps invoke at the time of installation. Beware! from such apps because they can be boon or curse for your device.
