Risks with Public Wi-Fi

Public Wi-Fi comes with lot of security risks. Most of us are unknown to them. The most common thing with Public Wi-Fi that they have no security. They are password free. It makes very easy for hackers to track your activities over network. This type of tracking even doesn't require any mastery. With the few clicks of some application they can easily track you.

Now comes to the secured Public Wi-Fi. Even if the network is using WPA2-PSK encryption, still you can be tracked down. In theory, WPA2-PSK security is unbreakable, but there is always a loop hole. The loop hole require, you to be connected with network before the person you want to track down. Well, in case of public Wi-Fi this is not a big deal. When you connect to network for first time, then there is a loop hole through which anyone can exploit your sensitive data.

If someone can track down the packets you are sharing over the network, then it can even also control your device. So, Beware!

At last hacker can even make a fake network which will look like real. In this case, all the packets are gonna go through his system. This could be the worse for you.
